12 weeks vagina feels sore? Is that normal?

So I went to my 11 weeks 4 days appointment everything was normal baby is moving and dancing and a perfect heart beat dr did take a swab which I’m still waiting for results for I’m cleared of uti though but why could my vagina feel sore the opening of the vagina from the outside sorry for the tmi
