Weight loss tips?
So I’ve been wanting to look into dieting or a healthier lifestyle to lose some weight. I consider myself slightly overweight for my height (it’s all in my stomach area) and I just want to be healthier, I suffer from caffeine addiction with soda and it’s so hard for me to cut back but I really want to, I’m also extremely picky but willing to try new foods at this point. Also I have depression and go through depressive episodes where I binge eat when I’m not hungry. Does anyone have any tips or know of any diets or anything that could help me?
