inner thigh gap 😩😓

ladies,, i've been so unhappy with my thighs for way to long and i really want to do something about it !

i've been looking into exercises i can do at home that may help me. but i've discovered that all these exercises seem to bulk up the muscle (i don't know how to explain it other than the muscles building a lot and being really big from a side view).

i did a few sketches to show what i mean.

you see how her thigh is quite massive and built outwards ? (in < direction)

i really do NOT want that.

i'm aiming for something more like my sketch. a thigh that doesn't come out past the knee to much.

i'm really wanting to focus on lengthening and tightening the muscle, rather than making it all bulky.

if you girlies have any workouts that can help me achieve a killer thigh gap without the whole big thigh situation i'd forever be extremely happy ! xx
