Postpartum exercises to lose belly fat!

Hi everyone!! I could really use some helpful suggestions for workouts that target the belly and legs. 🏋️‍♂️

I have a month before I go back to work, and I can’t even fit into my uniform. 🙈 I put on an extra 15-20 lbs during my pregnancy and I feel like it all went to my hips!

So! I’m begging for any recommendations/suggestions for workouts and exercises that ACTUALLY work! Please and thank you in advance!! 🙏
