What kind of questions are you asking your pediatrician prospects?

Those of you who are already mommas, what did you wish you knew before locking down a ped? What kind of things concerned you about the care your child was relieving, and what did you really value?

What is their stance on vaccinations and if you are pro vax, ask if they see voluntarily non vaccinated children. I am concerned about this because baby will be so vulnerable. Ask them about after hours and see if they have an advice line or are reachable via email. Ask how long they have been doing this and why they chose to be pediatricians. Ask if they have kids. My favorite question is to ask if they could give 1 important bit of advice to parents, what would it be? I know it's not really a necessary question but it gives some insight in to who they are.
