Making Changes and Getting Healthy TIPS
Hi! I've had issues with weight for years, but I've been working to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle. I am relatively active and have cut out most, if not all of unhealthy foods and have been eating better portions as well. I have struggled so long to feel confident in my own skin and have lost about 10 lbs so far. To y'all who have been losing, what are some tips and tricks? What do you eat? What about working out?
