Help!!!! Is this normal?! (Sleep question)

On Monday I set an alarm to wake up at 3 am, ever since that day I’ve been waking up at 3 am every night with no alarm. Then I can’t go back to sleep. Usually manage to go back to sleep about 2 hours after waking up.

It’s making me more exhausted during the day and I don’t know what to do to stop waking up.
