How to do this successfully?

I need to cut out sugars and dairy.

I’d like to lose some weight but most of all need to take care of my gut. I’m bloated everyday and tend to feel sick. I ate too much cheese in my dinner last night and I threw up and have felt super sick ever since. I need to cut out dairy for sure!! And I think cutting out sugar will help with the inflammation and over all health as well.

I tend to be very lazy when it comes to cooking. I have a 3 month old and I find it hard to take a lot of time to prepare a whole meal. I need easy things to prep and eat! But I can’t stand eating the same thing over and over again - then I fall off track.

Any tips?
