So what do you do?

To lose the weight? I was a healthy weight until after high school. I was diagnosed with pcos May of last year and I’ve literally lost 5 pounds. I no longer drink sodas 🤮 what do you eat if you can’t eat breads,pastas,potatoes? Just some examples. At least that’s what my doctor told me to stay away from. I barley eat anything with sugar if i do it’s once in a very blue moon. I honestly think it’s how much a consume rather what I consume. I’ve honestly thought about not eating for a month that’s how much I hate my body and my choices.. I want to have a baby and if I want a better chance I need to lose this weight. I am 198 and I want to be 140-150 or at least lose 20 pounds.. so what do you eat and what do you do.. or better words what do you swear by? How many carbs do you allow yourself within a day? I’m so alone in this and my Goal is to have a baby because I have prayed and prayed for a baby and I will do whatever it takes! ♥️♥️
