How many ultrasounds?

How many ultrasounds did you get ? And how often did you go to ob ? I have to pay out of pocket for my ultrasound ugh I'm freaking out now

Most doctors will only perform two. One to date the pregnancy and one at 20 weeks to check the anatomy. Occasionally they will do one at like 36 weeks to check growth. Other than that, there is no need for more unless there are complications.

I had 2 one at 6 weeks another one at 23 weeks. It sucks cuz I want more!

Im high risk. I have had 7 ultrasounds so far. I will be 29 weeks tomorrow. I have another one scheduled for Monday. I have been seeing my OB about every 4 weeks. And I see my high risk doc about the same (every 4 weeks) since 20 weeks.

I had one with my first 2 pregnancies and 2 with my current. If you are low risk then one is sufficient :)

I had 2 so far and will get 1 more at 20 weeks. The first was to date the pregnancy, my next was because they couldn't find the heartbeat and they thought the baby passed away. Thankfully, baby was just moving around too much.

Ive had 3 so far at 32 wks i go in for another at 35 weeks just to check his growth and make sure he has flipped head down. I think it depends on your dr. Id explain that its all out of pocket for you and i was told only 2 are super necesasry. At 20 wks and again in the end to check growth and positioning asling as you arent high risk

Oh lord yall are freaking me out. I mean we make pretty decent money but still that's a lot to have to pay for when your trying to get ready for baby. I think if I explain to my doc hopefully he will understand

I was high risk and had them monthly. My first one was at 5 weeks and the last was 34 weeks.  I was induced at 37 weeks. I have more sonograms of DD than I know what to do with!
