Will I get pregnant?

I’ve been taking birth control pills for almost a month and a half and sometimes I take it at 5-7:30. My period started during the week it should’ve and everything. Yesterday my boyfriend came inside of me, will I be fine?

The idea of birth control is to not get pregnant haha. Most birth controls stop ovulation, thin the uterus lining and thicken cervical mucus all to prevent pregnancy. As long as you taking your birth control everyday and on time, and you are taking nothing that interact with it. Then you will be fine. I would take it within half an hour each day. Within three hours is technically okay but the closer the better and the more on schedule you will be with it. The effectiveness of birth control with perfect use is 99%. Typical use is 91-92%.
