Need birth control advice

so I was on lo loestrin fe for two months - the cramps, headaches I got from it were awful but it helped my anxiety greatly

Ortho tri cyclen for two weeks before the mood swings were unbearable and I had a really bad anxiety attack

And nuvaring for a week before getting a UTI, left it in for another week and my uti didn’t go away so I took out today to try to see if that makes a difference. I’ve been getting cramps too the whole two weeks and sometimes I can feel it cause it tends to move down no matter how far I push it in

Should I try a different pill or the nuvaring again? Brands of pills you recommend??
