I just took Tylenol sinus severe day time caplet because I seen it has 325 mg of acetaminophen In it an my cramps are baddd I didn’t have any thing else to take for pain. I was curious if I could take a pamprin caplet too ?? my boyfriend just went to the store to get me some or should I wait an hour or 2 before I take it
