New doctor?

Do you think 24 weeks along is too late to switch to a different OBGYN? I go to the only one in town and I honestly hate it. They don’t listen to any of my pregnancy concerns, like ever. I mean they legit tell me to just drink more water every time I bring up my unbearably itchy skin, which could easily be something more serious. And I’m always waiting at least 25-45 minutes after my appointment time before any of the doctors ever make it into the room. It’s just getting super frustrating. There’s a really good facility and corresponding hospital about 20-30 minutes from me.
