Pre-Seed: HOW MUCH DID YOU USE AT EACH INSEMINATION?

Hi ladies,
For those of you who have received BFP, how much pre-seed did you use each time you inseminated? Also, did you insert pre-seed 15 minutes before or with the sperm donation (such as in softcup with the donation)?

I only went up to 1mg, a little goes a long way. I inserted it 15-30 minutes before insemination. Do not add it straight into the cup with the donation because you can risk killing some of the sperm if the preseed is not at body temp. Good luck ✨👶🏽
