Pregnancy nasal congestion help!!
Has anyone had or currently has pregnancy related nasal congestion?! I thought i had a sinus infection or allergies but NOTHING i normally do for a sinus infection or allergies has given me any relief and i can still taste food so I’m 95% positive it’s congestion related to pregnancy. If anyone had had this, what helped you breathe especially at night i haven’t slept in 2 nights because of not comfortably breathing. HELP!!
Btw I’m 21 weeks 4 days
