Baby not sleeping through the night

My baby girl is 10 weeks old and I have been trying to get her to sleep through the night which she did only twice and I believe it was due to her having multiple visitors and a busy non stop day. She wakes up about 2 times to feed. I’m returning to work soon and am very scared I won’t get much sleep the way things are going now....

I have tried doing the same thing every night. We do a bath every night around 8 and she will fall asleep around 9:30-10 but then wakes around 2-3am and then 5-6 am.
