Last Monday I had my IUD removed. I had sex three times last week. This past Saturday, I began to bleed. Heavily. Blood clots and all. Now I have headaches, and slight cramping with spotting. Is this from the removal of the IUD? Could I be in the implementation period of a new baby? I haven't had a period in 4 years, because of the IUD, so I am unsure of when my period starts and ends... Thoughts?
