BV and Yeast Infections
I have been dealing with reoccurring BV and yeast infections for about 3 years now and I’m 18. Every time i go to the Gynecologist they prescribe me flagyl or metronidazole for the BV and i get yeast infections every time after those antibiotics but now it like i get a yeast infection every month. I tell them every time “I take this medicine over and over it works for 3-5days after and comes right back” in which coming back and forth to the doctor in one year has now made my deductible $50 every time i come in ... They ask me have i changed my diet and i don’t how to do that cause now its like i don’t even know what to eat. I don’t understand why i keep getting these infections i don’t have multiple sex partners and the guy I’m with has gotten checked recently and he doesn’t have anything. I don’t have a low personal hygiene at all cause i hate being dirty and i would live in a shower if i could.... These infections have made me really frustrated with life and as a women because it makes me feel like i don’t want to be a female or a male ...it makes me feel like i don’t want no reproductive part at all and i don’t want to live my life with these infections all the time.
There are many websites that say it could be from birth control, diabetes, tight clothing, scented products, douches, multiple partners
but i have nun of these except my birth control and I actually like my birth control it does a good job for it to be the xulane patch. Im suppose to go to the gynecologist soon for an annual
and I’m going to ask for a test to see if I’m a borderline diabetic because diabetes does run in my family but i still just don’t understand. I take cranberry extract, apple cider vinegar, and probiotics pills and i am on my 3rd day for the monistat 3 day treatment for the yeast infection but it seems as nothing is working for either infections. I wanted to try the new vaginal health brand queen v but idk yet. I need help, tips, ideas, everything.
Plz comment i would greatly appreciate it
