My husband ruins every name! 😂

My husband has is really weird ability. He takes a completely normal sounding name, and makes it sound so stupid that I don't want to use it anymore!

Here's an example. So we are giving our children two middle names. The way we set up their names is, the first name and the second middle name have the same first letter and number of syllables. I think this helps it all flow better. I was thinking about boy names. I like the name Rhett. My husband likes the name Leon (I don't, really). So thought, Rhett Leon Ro. The way I said this name to him, it sounded completely normal and I loved it.

He gave me the dumbest look and said no. I asked why not, what was wrong with it? He said the name in a stupid voice and I thought the name sounded a bit weird then, but I figured it was just the voice he used. Then he was like, no, I got it! And proceeds to say the name in a Scooby Doo voice a couple times. He said the name sounds like Scooby Doo is trying to say "let Leon go", but instead, it's coming out as "Rhett Leon Ro".

Now I cannot unhear that!

I'll admit, that name was a little bit of a stretch, but I still liked it (the way I said it😒). But he does this to actual, completely normal names! I asked him how he has this ability and he claims he used to be a bully, so it comes easily to him. I mean, yeah, I guess it's great that my husband can think like a bully and help prevent our kids from being picked on, but it's so annoying! Sometimes the way he makes fun of a name is such a long stretch that I don't think it would ever be made fun of like that, but because he found a way, and it kind of makes sense, I can't use the names.
