Has anyone else been diagnosed with gestational hypertension?

Had my 35wk scan today and my BP was 151/89-ish so my Dr requested I go for monitoring and lab work. After 4 hours in L&D with 2 blood draws, 6 normal BP readings and a urine sample, I was told my proteinuria levels are 299.9 and I have gestational hypertension (due to previous high BP readings). I have to do a 24hr urine collection and another BP reading on wednesday, to rule out preeclampsia. Baby is perfectly fine but apparently I was having mild contractions that I didn't even notice? The on call midwife checked my cervix and said im 50 and -4 whatever that means. SOO I'm on 'normal activity with as much rest as possible' for the time being and I'm going to have to beg for permission just to see fireworks on thurs. Really trying not to worry at this point but it's proving difficult 😩
