What physical changes happen when you have sex for the first time?

Everyone says having sex will change you physically and mentally...What do they mean?

The only thing that really changed after I started having sex was that my butt and boobs started to get bigger and I lost my hymen.
I have been told that it can change your periods and stuff like that too, but I don't know.

Physically. .no it wont at all, other than removing the hymen, but for most women thats gone anyway due to sports, tampon use, masturbating etc.

Emotionally,  yes, it depends on eho your doing it with, if your ready. You will feel an attachment to the person you lose your virginity with and you should be certain its what you want to do. Also about whether or not the person you have sex with will meet your expectations after the deed is done.
Whether that is stay in a loving relationship and continue to be caring and sweet etc.

As long as your ready and use safe sex, and both parties are safe, sane, legal and willing.  Then you'll be absolutely fine
