What to eat during pregnancy?! Ugh
Prior to getting pregnant I changed my diet to low carb due to some sugar issues. Well I’m now 4 weeks pregnant and my go to lunch used to be a low sodium chicken breast wrap on a high fiber wrap, however I’m reading I can’t eat deli meat unless I heat it up. Question...if I heat it up and then let it cool to room temp can I put it in the wrap and eat it that way? I don’t want to cause any issue for mc or birth defects so I’m fine with cutting out the deli meat all together but now I need ideas for lunch!!! Ughhh help! Go to lunches ? I’m super picky and don’t eat fish or vegetables..
