Help???

So I don’t know anything about makeup can anyone give me help??? I put a picture of me with makeup and one without so we can see the slight difference. I can’t do eyeliner properly and I do t know how to do eyeshadow and I always mess up highlighter.... all I do is pretty much foundation, concealer, bronzer, eyeliner, and chapstick and MAYBE lipgloss... I’m not very good. I wasn’t allowed to wear makeup growing up, my mom used to throw it all away. If anyone needs a front and side profile let me know...
