Hydronephrosis (Enlarged kidney duct) in baby?

Hi all,

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby boy and had another ultrasound yesterday.

Wondering has anyone ever had their Dr. tell them that their baby has one enlarged kidney drainage duct (Hydronephrosis)?

Dr. is staying now I'm at a high risk category and they have to monitor baby after delivery :(

What is the result of all this and is it treatable at all? Google has all this info but I'd love to hear real life stories on this matter.
