They’re an adult. I smoke weed daily for recreation ( it also helps my anxiety/depression, not prescribed but live in a legal state). I want to my ass off, own my own company, own a brand new car, in an amazingly healthy relationship and have a beautiful home we maintain ourselves. Smoking weed doesn’t mean you won’t conquer life! :) I hope this helps you feel better. I know being a parent you only want the best 🥰

Once my kids are 18, as long as they aren't still in my house, I don't care. Once they are adults I can't stop them from doing something.

My mom lets my younger brother smoke up in his bedroom, just as long as she doesn't smell it she said. He's 36 and still lives at home 🤣

Well it depends do they live in my house? Also if they do live in my house do they at least have a job and are they financially responsible for themselves? If my kid was working and paying for their own entertainment and whatever else than no I wouldn't care. If my kid literally just sat at home watching TV or sleeping or doing good knows what else and just being a moocher than I would care. My little brothers and his best friend are 20 and live with my parents and are total stoners but they both have full time jobs and my brother's friend pays rent so my parents don't care that they smoke and I wouldn't either if they were my kids. Now my cousin is like 26 and lives with my grandpa for free and all he does is play video games and smoke weed and he's quit any job he's had. My grandpa even has to fucking pay him to get him to do the dishes or mow the lawn and my cousin didn't want to admit to my grandpa that he was fired for his attendance so he lied and said he quit.  If my kid were a fucking mooch like that and wanted to sit around do nothing and smoke I would not be okay with it.

Their an adult. But that fact aside if they are in my house. They better fucking share lmao. I have absolutely no problem with weed if you aren’t a lazy mooching POS 🤷‍♀️ I know many people who smoke week and some are losers who have no life and some have a house (owner) a job. Kids getting married etc.

No honestly I wouldn’t be ok with it but they’d be grown,so the only thing I can do is try to encourage them not to!
