So we are going to my in laws lake house tomorrow and I am not looking forward to it at all. I know the whole time I'm going to be the one chasing the kids around while my husband chats away with the in laws, it's supposed to be ridiculously hot out so I know I'm going to be sweating like a stuffed pig and my ankles will be the size of tree trunks, plus I'm gonna be a nervous wreck since the house is right on the lake and our kids can't swim. We have life jackets for them but still, I don't want to have to constantly worry about their every move!

I'm 37 weeks 4 days pregnant, I'm supposed to be staying off my feet, resting and hydrating, especially in the heat but that will not happen no matter what my husband promises me.

I'm just really not looking forward to this and wish we weren't going. I just want to relax in the a.c. and go see fireworks in the evening, maybe get some ice cream.... not be outside in the sweltering heat all day.
