Hand expressing colostrum
Hi,
(37+3 weeks pregnant)
I started hand expressing colostrum 2 days ago.
1st day I was quite successful and manages to get 4.2ml
Yesterday not so much and only managed 2.1ml
And today I'm finding it really difficult. Literally the tiniest drips! I've been sat here for 45 min and I only have 1ml.
I know it's very slow anyway and colostrum is only going to be a dripping out to start with but now I'm getting really frustrated and just don't feel like I can get the hand expression right or the rythm.
I have watched so many videos! But no luck :(
Anybody else having the same issues or is anyone else hand expressing their colostrum ?
