Sweets belly fat.
I have been struggling with my weight for a really long time. Since about 5th grade. I lost all the weight a few years ago at my house keeping job but gained it all back plus some once I left. I am finally at the point where exercising every day is getting easier and easier. I have been doing squats and planks. I don’t necessarily have a set work out plan with how many squats and planks I should be doing, it’s more just when I feel that good burn. So my question is. What exercises do you guys suggest without having to pay for a gym membership, and what is a good weight for someone 5’1” and 150 Lbs? A few months ago I was 180. I used to drink soda everyday but haven’t had one in a few years. Started buying more chicken instead of eating out and started drinking tea instead of soda.
