Weight loss?

Since I was quite young, (11-12) I've had a lot of body issues like dysmorphia and stuff. It really gets me down and I've had to deal with it for such a long time. My thighs and stomach have a bit more fat on them than I'd like to and I try to eat healthy, I do a substantial amount of physical excercise but it just stays the same! At one time I even considered starting an eating disorder so I really need to lose this weight before it affects me further. Some pointers and tips please?
