Follicle ultrasound tomorrow! IUI w/ Follistim

Tomorrow I go in for my ultrasound to check those little follicles, which are hopefully growing to be big follicles! I've been giving myself daily Follistim injections for 1 week! I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much but this is the first month of any real hope! Married 7+ years, TTC for 2.5 years, never ovulated after BC, PCOS, Endo, 2 surgeries, 6 months Lupron, and nowwww, we finally get to do IUI! As you can imagine, this has been an expensive journey with insurance not covering fertility! For the sake if my sweet husband (and me too) I just want GREAT news! I'm beyond ready to have a little baby or two growing inside me!
