Low heart rate 1 week post delivery
I’m experiencing a lower resting heart rate (about 70 bpm) than normal. My normal resting heart rate is usually 100bpm. I’m nervous because I’ve never had a bpm that low. On top of that I did have some complications during delivery. I started hemorrhaging and lost a lot of blood, but not enough to get a blood transfusion. Is a lower bpm normal after delivery?
