First IVF failed..

Had my first IVF cycle in June. I have stage 4 endometriosis and low AMH due to endometriosis/surgery. They got 6 eggs, 3 fertilized, they put 1 in (which they didn't tell me wasn't quite where they wanted it to be till after it didn't work 😠) and none frozen. I started lupron on the 1st and will do that for 11 days. I am doing the "long protocol" this round... would love to hear some thoughts or similar experiences and if you had success the second round?! Thank you so much!
