We should not respond with insults or criticism. Be considerate. Unless they said “does this look bad” or “tell me the truth” its so unnecessary and hurtful to criticize

They may be feeling really great and I notice people love to give unwarranted negative input. You have no idea what kind of courage it may have taken them to post a picture, only to be brought down by negativity.

Maybe the outfit doesn’t look amazing to you, but they love it and wanted to share a pic because they were feeling themselves! Why do we feel the need to tell them “I don’t like those pants” or “go up a size, it’s too small” “that doesn’t match” “that doesn’t suit your body type”

If you don’t have something nice to say, why say it?

I understand this may be a call out post and get deleted. I just think some people need to be reminded that unless someone asks for it, there’s no reason to criticize or insult them.

I’d rather be seen as patronizing for spreading love over hate

Than to be someone who feels so entitled that they promote bullying and hate

People shouldn’t have to be afraid to post a picture that they like for fear of being insulted

That’s the whole point

But keep doing you and encouraging those to be hurtful 👍
