My baby boy's heartrate has been right around 160 the entire pregnancy (except for my very first ultrasound at only 6.5 weeks when it was lower). For a little while it was at 170. So for us it was definitely not accurate.

I’m currently pregnant with twins. baby A is consistently 140-160 and baby b is consistently 150-170s. 
Baby A is a boy. Baby B is a girl.
