FTM I just started using cloth inserts today. So how do you clean off the poop ?

Answer

If you breastfeed there is no need to, just a rinse cycle and then normal wash. If formula fed then a diaper sprayer that hooks to your toilet or a bucket of water to rinse in and then dump. You can buy liners or make them out of fleece to make rinsing easier instead of having to rinse the whole thing.

A diaper sprayer is a good investment. I use my often. I also use it to rinse myself down there, you know to freshen up. It's great! You can get it on Amazon.
