Is this something to worry about? I went to get my levels checked and blood work done and the first test was 4900. And the second test took today came out to 3600. Is it something to worry about?

It depends. How far along are u? After so long they even off but will continue to slowly increase. They only double/triple in beginning. 
It is true that u could possibly be miscarriaging   BUT do not think about that. If u stress about it u will for sure. Just get ur blood work repeated to make sure it's the only 100%way to tell

If it's hcg levels for pregnancy then yes. It should only go up, not down. If it's falling it could indicate a miscarriage. I would call your doctor asap and ask about it.
