Whenever you feel comfortable. with my first I waited til after the first trimester. With my second  I waited even longer just because we wanted to surprise his parents know person so we didn't tell many people. Now with the third I'm 7wks and have told a ton of people. 🤷

Whenever you want. With our daughter we announce at 8 weeks we were gonna wait with the triplets and I couldn’t so we announced shortly before I was 11 weeks

I’m five weeks and both our families know plus the friends we are close with. Not planning on a social media announcement for a while, but we are celebrating with those we see often. We lost my first pregnancy at 9 weeks and had told the same people before and it was actually very comforting to have their support. And now I know they are praying for my little one ❤️ 
Do whatever you two feel comfortable with!  There is no right or wrong answer with this.

Most people wait to announce openly/publicly until the 2 nd trimester when risk of mc drops lower.  That way it saves you the heartache of having to explain if you do have a mc.
