Sore nipples, not breasts.

My face is breaking out for the first time in months, my nipples are so sore. If I move the wrong way It burns. Had to tell DH he cant touch them anymore for rn 😂 I’m 13 dpo and still haven’t gotten a bfp. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else ? If it’s AF or could I be pregnant and not be able to test yet ?? Help 😩
