I just got diagnosed with this, according to my doctor Im just a couple points over and he just told me to watch what I eat, no sugar, limit carbs etc. He didnt tell me to monitor my glucose levels but I have been just for my own peace of mind, those of you who have it what did they tell you your levels needed to be? Under 95- Fasting
Under 140- 1 hour after eating
Under 120- 2 hours after eating
