IVF nurse hasn’t called me back

I had labs and ultrasound done this morning. I am doing a frozen transfer at the end of the month so this was my baseline. My nurse usually called around 1pm/2pm. Well there is a new nurse (I guess mine is off today). And I still haven’t heard anything, it’s 5:40pm. I called around 4:30pm and the receptionist sent a message. So it’s been over an hour and still no call. I have two medications I’m taking tomorrow and have to clue if my dosage is the same for lupron or if I’m supposed to start the estrogen. Should i call back? They are probably closed now and if so I’m going to snap
