Weaning 1 yr old while pregnant?!

I am almost 16 weeks pregnant and am still breastfeeding. I have little to no milk left but my 1 yr old still nurses to sleep for naps and for bed time. And throughout the day. Im practically a walking pacifier. I want to wean but I have no idea where to start.

I warned my son when I was about 13 week and now I’m 21 weeks. I started by dropping the naptime feeds and found another way for him to take his nap during the day and also offered him more food during the day. It was gradual but then I tried dropping those night time feeds. He would feed to go to sleep so I started there. I’ll be honest there were tears but I had bottle ready for him and I left those middle of the night feeds for last. Eventually he did lose interest in breastfeeding and started sleeping through the night. Good luck!
