Am I not being fair?..

So me and my baby daddy have had a bit of a bumpy road but that's a story for another time. Its really a long story.

But we have been fighting recently about making this("us") work by getting along so that way our son can have both his mom and dad. Were not dating. We just can't be together because we always break up. Yesterday we got into an argument about me talking to guys and flirting with them. He says that its disrespectful to talk to them while me and him are trying to work things out to be a family but not be together. He has already confessed that he still has feelings for me but I keep trying to tell him to move those to the side for now and lets just worry about our kid. But it's hard for him as he just doesn't like when I talk or hang around other guys. Am I not being fair by not doing as he says?..
