I am 39 weeks and I am so anxious about delivering now where I chose. I have had really high blood pressure since last Wednesday, 155/104, so the doctor told us to go in and mentioned inducing to fix it. Well we spent 8 hours at the hospital hooked up to the monitor and the blood pressure cuff didn’t even properly work so my blood pressure was reading low or “normal”. We get home and take my blood pressure with my moms cuff, which is tested due to her diabetes, and my blood pressure is high. They said last night there was nothing in my pee but I see online that it contained protein again. They gave me tylenol because I’ve had a headache and have been seeing spots, I am very irritated. We had our bags ready and everything. Our OB is seeing us again Thursday so I’m going to keep track of all of my blood pressure readings until then and hes going to get an earful because all they did at the hospital was stick us in a room for hours.
