So you got dumped...

My boyfriend of three years and I had just moved in together, and things were great! I had a job I loved, I was helping with bills, my anxiety was at an all time low.... then I got let go from the job.... then we started fighting, a lot..... then the man I thought I would be with for the rest of my life told me he just wasn’t happy anymore and we broke up.... I’ve been on a psychotic emotional roller coaster since, I start crying at the drop of a hat... so ladies, what are some good coping mechanisms, what helped you get through a break up? I’m struggling to keep my head head up here
