8 month old and night feeding 😩

So my little guy is STILL waking up between 3 and 4 am for a bottle. I’m almost certain he’s just doing it out of habit and I have no clue how to wean him off of this feeding. Any tips? My husband is deployed so we can’t switch nights anymore and I am EXHAUSTED.
