Has anyone had or is having migraines in pregnancy and things are progressing OK?

I’m 6 weeks tomorrow (which is dragging btw!) and I’ve got a migraine today. It is a real migraine and not just a headache - I’ve been on prescribed Sumatriptan for them for years and usually get one or two a month when menstruating.

When I miscarried at 4.5 weeks last year, it came amongst a 10 day stretch of migraines. So now that I have one today, I’m trying to tell myself it doesn’t automatically mean I’m going to miscarry again.

Anyone else have experience of migraines in pregnancy?
