Advice please?

Okay so I’ve been friends with this guy for a long long time. I helped him during rough patches of his life and vice versa. A couple of days ago we were talking and he hinted me that he wanted nudes. So, because I started to develop feelings for him, i teased him and sent a couple (I wasn’t completely nude, they were a sort of “tease” in underwear) (I’m not dumb, I only sent body. Never combine face and body in a pic unless you ABSOLUTELY trust them) so he said that I looked hot and made other comments of that sort (btw he asked for more but I said no). He also asked me when I will come back from my vacation. After he “went to sleep”, he started taking a long time to reply, almost ghosting me but still replying and he’s been doing that for a couple of days now. Any ideas why he started behaving like that?

P.S. He usually gave me compliments and other “hints” that I’m pretty so this behavior is confusing me.
