Without caffeine, I'm not drinking enough!
I cut out pretty much all caffiene and all drinks with complex ingredients. Anything with a crazy hard to pronounce name, or ingredients I know are bad. Since doing so, I'm not getting nearly enough fluids. I don't know why I'm struggling this hard.
I hate plain water. It makes me gag. I've started drinking decaf tea, but you can only drink so much of that a day.
Any ideas ladies? I'm open to suggestions!
