Can you take your own house photos when selling with a realtor?
I don't know if I'm gonna use a realtor, but for right now, I'm at least taking photos of the house myself (while all the furniture and stuff is still here). I take photos as a side job so they're not crappy photos by any means. I figured doing it myself too would save time and money overall. If I end up using a realtor, maybe they could decrease the fee since they don't have to use someone to stage and take photos? Is doing that even a thing?
